The item you are looking at is a sterling silver umbrella handle from the victorian era. This item has a lovely rose pattern on it. I am not sure of the maker so I cant be 100% on the name of the pattern. It measures 13.5 inches in length and is in very good condition. It is stamped Sterling on the side near the front. #0005
