On the front of the painting it is signed by Florence Bourne and dated 1949. The painting measures 18.25" W x 22" H x 7/8" D. The picture is oil on stretched canvas. The picture would be enhanced in the right frame. The painting is quite good from a technical standpoint but the subject matter is up to you.
