Reserve Officer Association 14k Gold Tag Keychain Charm

The item you are looking at is a small gold tag. I have seen one of these before but I am not sure what its called. It could be a pendant, a tag, a keychain, or even a charm. Regardless it is in great condition and tests high for gold. This item is from the reserve officers association, it was given to Major Thomas C Fergeson. Major Fergeson was President of the ROA dept of Maryland from 1941-1942.
